Absolutely NOT a sweatshirt
[...]The image on this top is so cute, but the material is awful, so cheap and shiny; mine went straight to Goodwill. I do think that Amazon owes its members better checking that merchandise is what it says it is. There is in the US such a thing as a Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and Amazon would be a party to the deception, as it calmly describes this as a sweatshirt. It is a lie.
