From the moment I saw the premise of this book, I knew I was going to love it but I did not expect to love it as much as I did!Reaper and Siren have my entire soul. I could not get enough of them. I want soooo much more of their story. I also would love to know Shadows as well.Sheridan always writes the best characters that are so easy to relate to. Wow, this story’s quite dark but oh so good, a hybrid of the “Purge” and the “Hunger Games” Twenty killers competing for ten million dollars to be the final contestant. There are some dark and gruesome deaths lined up here for some.Siren and Reaper are drawn to each other from their first encounter and things only heat up from there. Honestly I wasn’t sure about this at first, once I started reading I couldn’t put it down. Love love love shadow and just wanted her to be real so I could keep her. Then the ending omg the ending I couldn’t decide if I wanted to throw my phone, cry or give up reading, but knowing Sheridan I knew I had to keep going and I’m glad I did. Such a great read.

She knows she is the best of the best, and she can’t wait for the bragging rights and 10 million dollars. Until she sees none other than the infamous reaper, who she really thought was a legend. She soon realizes she might not make it out alive but instead of running like many of the other killers do she keeps him close in her range and realizes she wants to screw him as much as she wants to kill him. Reaper is the best and always has been asked to be in the games. He wants the thrill of killing the best of the best, but this group is lackluster, but siren catches his eye, and he knows that she is a contract killer almost as good as him. This was so yummy and bloody and kinda gross. Reaper honestly scared me, and the siren and mila were a dynamic duo. I loved how sheridan put in Shadow to really show both of the human side. This is ultimate. I want to kill you but also screw your brains out. I didn’t know how this was going to end and in sheridan fashion took me by surprise. I loved the found family of murderer vibes. I just thought this was such a smart book and won’t read anything like it this year. I just know it.

Plus some cringy assassins. Those scenes were pretty detailed and I loved it . I could literally picture every in my mind. I also had a few good laughs with Reaper ,Siren and shadow, the banter was hilarious . This book was like I said brilliantly amazing !
