i have no idea why it goes for 51$ now, but i bought it back then in 2020 for about 20 (from what i remember). i bought it due to the removable flap, making my ipad easier to use without the hassle of always having to put it away when i dont really need it. is it worth the 51$ that it’s being sold now ? probably not. but for how much i bought it back then, definitely

It feels strong and durable and the cover colour is really pretty! It matches the picture exactly. Only bad thing is that I had an Icarez matte screen protector on but the side of this case somehow pushes against the sides and it’ll peel off! So my soluion was to cut the edges of my screen protector.

[...]I absolutely love this case for my new ipad. The quality is amazing and I love that is has a loop for the apple pencil. I have a silicon case on my pencil and the loop stretches so it fits perfectly in and won’t fall out. I was worried about the pencil falling out of the loop since this case doesn’t have a space for the pencil on the side of the ipad like others, but with my silicon case it fits snug and won’t fall out !! The pencil also fits in the loop without a case on but I like having it on, it helps ensure that it won’t fall out at all.

A bit too snug- unable to use buttons
[...]I have had this for about 2-3 weeks and feel I can give a useful review.Pros: very sturdy- provides solid protection. Blue is very nice. Fits iPad Pro. When the cover is closed it turns device off.Cons: cover is too snug making it very hard to take a screen shot. I actually have to take the the cover partially off to take a pic-huge inconvenience. This also means if I want to turn device all the way off I also have to remove. The cover is so far standing up to use but I expect it to turn at corners or not work eventually.

[...]Nice cover and case. Replaced a leather portfolio style with this cover. Use my iPad Pro in the field to take pictures and write reports. W/O removable cover, often hard to take picture. This case/cover allows protection of iPad and cover protects glass. When cover not needed, just remove. Easily removable and easy to reinstall. Cover secures to the case (not magnetic side strip like Apple cover) via hinge type connection. Case is soft rubberized plastic and cover is harder plastic with soft backing touching glass. Don’t usually drop the iPad, so protection not tested. Stated to protect against 3 foot drop. Would recommend if removable cover preferred.

If I could improve it, I would make the power button easier to press. Also, I wish the flap didn’t slide out as much (only a minor problem and only sometimes) an also I wish it would support the tablet better, as sometimes it’ll flop down while in use. All in all it’s a good screen case, it has slim but generous bumpers on all corners, a nice hard clear back to protect against dings and dents, and I nice looking prop cover. Looks professional without drawing too much attention to it, goes great with my fancy purse.

Not a single regret
[...]I was in an urgent need of a case so I did extensive research on Amazon for a case for my iPad Pro 10.5 (2017). I wanted a case that is shockproof, allows for the stand, was visually appealing, and would last me for a while. I had a different tablet before and the cover of its previous case was peeling so I wanted a case that didn’t cause me that problem. I selected this one since it sold me on the shockproof part but I had my doubts. I figured I would buy another if it didn’t work out. I absolutely love this case. I don’t think I have ever said that of a case before. There are some minor things that I have learned to overlook (I will list them below) but overall it is a great case. I have been using it for a month now to make sure my review properly reflects the case and it is great. It feels solid and well made. I definitely trust my iPad Pro 10.5 in it to be safe. I take it out wherever I go and I’m always confident that my device is safe. I also do have glass on the screen and the case works with it. On some rare occasions it seems the case lifts the glass slightly but it is easily remedied. It only happens when I mess around with the case in case I can make the cutouts match better on the speakers and it pushes on the glass on the screen.Pros:-Shockproof-Visually appealing-Surface allows for good grip-Light-Stand for reading-Clear backingCons:-Not a perfect cutout for the speakers, but extremely close, does not affect quality of sound-The cover does not line up with the protective border of the plastic in the back but with time you adjust-The cover’s magnet is not strong enough to stay when the tablet is upside down, but I have never found that to be the case with any of my cases-The folio stand doesn’t work great, it takes a few seconds to get it at the right angle to work, the magnets do not really help at all in this scenario-Power and volume buttons are very very very hard to press. I tend to use the home button and the on screen controllers for volume because of this inconvenience, this is my only major complain about it.

Very nice and sturdy.
[...]I got the Rose Gold covering and clear back casing to match the color of my tablet. My boyfriend bought me the tablet for my birthday and engraved the back of it – so the clear was perfect to be able to still read it all the time. The magnetic cover helps when I’m playing a mobile game or watching a movie and wanna sit it upright (even in bed being lazy). I haven’t gotten the ipad pencil yet, but it does have a holder on the cover for when I do get one – it doesn’t seem to be in the way when I have it folded on the back, but like I said I don’t have the pencil yet so if it is in there be careful so it doesn’t get smashed. It is lightweight and my dog has stepped on it while the cover is closed and no damage done. I haven’t dropped it so far, so dunno about that durability yet. And when you close the magnetic cover it will shut off your screen and turn it on automatically when you pull the cover off which is nice. I would definitely recommend this cover. I did have to buy a separate screen protector, but that’s usually how it is. You also get a nice little mystery gift scratch off which is fun, hehe. But worth the money and still a slim case to put in any bag. I’ve had the case since September 2020 and use my tablet literally every day and it’s still in great condition.
