Terry Crow –
these sun glasses do not meet the advertising this company posts. they do not act like photochromic glasses and as the saying goes you only get what you pay for! so these are just like any other cheap sun glasses you would buy at a gas station.

It fit my face perfectly and looks good too.

comfortable, adjustable and keeps the bugs out of your eyes when biking. Works well in low light and intense sunshine.

I wear glasses a lot whether at work or outside of work(they are not work glasses but have worn them around dusty job site when safe to do so) and have to say that along with these glasses performing well in all areas stated in description, the one attribute that I appreciate the most is the durability. I have purchased 6 pairs so far in different colours and still have them all after a year. The lenses are still as clear as fist day except for one pair they did get a bad scratch when I accidentally stepped on them. I still even wear that pair since the scratch is off to the side. I didn’t “baby” them either. Just am surprised that will all the rich dust that I am around at times that cleaning them off from my shirt etc hasn’t led to numerous small scratches over time. Will be buying them again for sure…if I ever even need to..😁

I had to trim some sharp edges off the plastic lense and they are ok but definitely not photcromatic

Always dark
[...]Save your money. These are not photo chromatic, always dark. Bought for mountain biking but can’t wear after sundown. Barely polarized. Fit is good.

Best Bang for the Buck
[...]I was looking for biking glasses with photochromic and polarization. This combo is far to find. I bought these based on the volume of sales and positive feedbacks. These glasses are the perfect combination of quality construction, materials and performance. First … all photochromic lenses DO NOT perform at all in automobiles. The tinting of the windshield and windows severely inhibits the darkening ability of the lenses. These are meant for outside direct sunlight. They go from light grey to medium grey … not dark grey. The polarization is great. It prevents glare and saturates color … reds are redder, greens are greener and so on. I slipped a pair on while watching TV one night ( Wheel of Fortune) and was amazed at the color rendition. So these are not sunglasses for the car or the beach. But if you need a little to moderate darkening and want polarization … look no further. Also the spring loaded frames set the mark for quality and looks. The only negative is the lack of of a clamshell hard case is not included. The included plastic pouch is useless but you can pick up a $6 clamshell case on Amazon or Ebay. You can spend $5-$7 less for similar but expect less in quality and construction.

Stylish but non transitioning.
[...]It is not doing what it says.It is a nice pair of glasses clear, blocks out most of the glare, stylish but it does not transition from light to dark as it states.I put it out in the sun for three minutes and they were still the same shade of grey, it also doesn’t turn clear when in the shade or in doors. Thou tou still can see clearly through them but its a little dim.Overall great lenses, stylish look and comfortable.Update:So I have recieved an email to change the review and update the rating on their glasses. Even though it was addressed to me it was a copy and pasted email. It had the old customer’s name on it and didn’t really take fault of their product. Saying that everyone has their own sense of seeing. But the product suppose to be photochromic and transition between inside light and outside light. But it doesnt.Only thing that would improve product would be to make it photochromic.

Great value
[...]This is a great value for the money. I was in the eyewear business for 8 years and can attest to their performance. I use these sunglasses for kayaking, biking, and tennis. They are very light weight, comfortable, and the photosensitivity change works well. They don’t get too dark either. The only negative is if you lose either of the nosepads you don’t have the option of replacing them; you have to buy another pair of glasses. I recommend this product.

Great design and fit but not really photochromic
[...]First I would like to give VERY HIGH marks for quality and workmanship on these sunglasses. Much better design and fit than many of the very expensive sunglasses I have had over the years. Now for the bad … they simply are not photochromic (or to be more precise “photochromic enough”). They come with a UV Light tester in the package and if you hold it o the lens long enough it will make a small darker dot. In practical use however, they simply do not get any darker on sunny outside days which is very disappointing.I would love to see these as a standard pair of sunglasses with options for lens shade as well as a non-polarized option. If you are looking for a reasonably priced, great looking and fitting, very light shade pair of sunglasses then definitely buy keep the expectation the ‘photochromic’ aspect is not going to work as advertised.I would give 5 stars if they actually worked as advertised.

Transition lenses are ok not great.
[...]For the price, this is a pretty good product. Keep that in mind when you set your expectations. The lightest shade is a bit darker than you’d want to use at night and the darkest shade is a little light for the brightest days. They do work. Just don’t expect the same performance as a more expensive brand.

Easily the Best
[...]Wow. Lens is wonderfully gradient and high quality. I’m talking exceptional product here folks. These glasses sit on your nose – OK I’m gonna say it – perfectly. To top it off, my wife says they look really good. Definitely the best sunglasses I’ve ever owned. Ordering another pair today.

Use These Every Day!
[...]My husband began using these sunglasses a few years ago. They provide great sun protection, are polarized and photochromic which means they adjust to the level of sunlight. Indoors, they look like regular glasses. These have replaced his designer sunglasses for everyday use. Lightweight too. While these have sunglasses have been durable and lasted for a number of years, he’s ordered four so far in different colors and as backups for the car, etc. Great value!
