A hidden gem
[...]It was the month of December on a hot and muggy afternoon that I came upon a revelation. I needed a faster charger. I just had bought myself an iPad Pro 2018 and while it was basically stepping into the future has come from an old and aging prehistoric by today’s tech iPad Mini 2. The rate of charging since I was using an Anker PowerPort 2 had not changed and It took what seemed like eons to charge my tablet. Out it went on a quest to find a new charger, crawling through a long, everlasting wave of search results on Amazon, even after carefully filtering to my preferences, was I still looking for this elusive charger that I had dreamed of and lusted after. After trudging through review after review and watching what seemed like an endless queue of reviews did I stumble upon this Targus Laptop charger, unassuming in nature and deceptively marketed. I had a running spreadsheet of chargers that I had found for the money this specific charger being the best value for money. Not only did it boast the highest wattage of the plethora of chargers I had handpicked, but it also was the cheapest with a Used-Like New Condition with a dandy price tag of $11, and for that price, I could not find a better value and I think that with the features of the charger would lend well to someone also in need of a longer charger cable because the length of the power cord is 70 inches which leads then to the power brick. Also worth noting is that included also with this charger is a thick rubber-like coated USB-C to C cable that is 51 inches long. Those two cords combined should be more than enough to warrant ditching potentially a spare extension cord you may need to lug around. I also did some testing of charge times with an Anker PowerPort 2, Anker PowerPort 2 PD, and lastly this charger and here are the charging times for my iPad Pro 2018 using them from 0-80%(range in which fast charging takes place):Anker PowerPort 2(12w USB-A port): 1 hour 40 minutesAnker PowerPort 2 PD(18w USB-C port): 1 hour 32minutesTargus Laptop Charger(60w USB-C port): 1 hour 13 minutesWith all said in done I don’t think for the money at least from my findings especially getting one used can this charger be beat, and is truly a gem hidden amiss the troves of other chargers and would definitely be worth a buy.

DO NOT BUY!
[...]10 out of 10 do NOT recommend. This charger is one of the worst Ive seen for it to be as costly as it is. We bought 4 for my home to have one on every floor and they all have shorted out before even a year of use. We replaced it thinking maybe it was from over use but no, even the new one you have to work the charger cord to sit a certain way before it will start charging. This thing is awful.
