Stops writting
[...]Some times the pen stops registering. Then you press hard, and it registers again. not sure this is intended but it’s kind of annoying. Not the best writing experience

Broke within several hours
[...]Within several hours stopped working. Tip of pen became stuck/imbedded in body of the pen and the kindle thought I was **always** trying to write, even if the pen was an inch away from the tablet. I have tried many tricks and although I can make it work with difficulty, it is definitely frustrating and poor quality. This issue is frequently reoccurring and makes it impossible to use without wanting to bang my head against the nearest wall. Not recommended 🤦♀️

Works Perfect with Kindle Scribe
[...]The tip of my kindle scribe pen fell out so I bought this replacement. The pen works great and the tips fit perfectly in my scribe pen so now I have 2 pens just in case. The only minor thing I didn’t like was you couldn’t erase with the back of the pen and had to select the erase function. Minor inconvenience but overall great pen!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the opposite happening.My partner and I are both readers and as we have aged, she eventually bought a Kindle Paperwhite because of the ability to increase font size and ease aging eyes. She loves it. I resisted, having adapted to Audio books for similar reasons. But recently I have been feeling the need for digital note-taking. This led me to discover the Scribe.I have tried several digital devices for writing and drawing. As a teacher, having a canvas where I can work out problems or sketch diagrams and save them digitally, etc is a useful tool. However, none of the ones that worked in the classroom felt good enough to entice me for personal note-taking. The Scribe promised a more natural note taking experience.I’m skeptical about most products these days but after comparing several products with similar claims, the price point on the Scribe ultimately convinced me to try it. I couldn’t be more pleased. I use it daily.The writing feels very natural with the right amount of resistance. It’s easy and intuitive to organize and store your notes. It’s very light weight and easy to carry. The battery life is superb.I don’t know how it compares to similar products that claim a natural “feel” for writing, but it beats most in price. When you combine that with the fact that it also works as a Paperwhite type e-reader and has got me back into reading the printed word, and it’s a purchase that met my expectations of functionality and exceeding my predictions of practicality.

This pen stopped working after a few times of use
[...]The pen only worked for a few days. Now, it starts writing even when it is at a distance from the screen. Due to this, it is essentially useless as I can’t write anything.
