Holy crap, this book has got me in a choke hold and I’m OBSESSED! I just want the boys to save her. I adore Mina and her men and I couldn’t put this down. I don’t think I can wait until the next book releases, I need answers now! I have theories that need confirmation. I need to know they have a HEA. That cliffhanger was totally unfair. I stumbled upon this author and book a few days ago and am so glad that I did! I loved everything about this book – from the FMC to the MMCs and the plot and story… Kind I wish I would have found it a little bit later, because helloooo cliffhanger… But, apparently the wait doesn’t seem to be too long – fingers crossed :DDefinite recommendation if you enjoy dark rh why choose. [...]I saw the preview for this book on Facebook and read the blurb for it. It sounded good so I got it and I am so glad I did cause it was amazing. And that cliffhanger, holy crap. This book will make you cry and angry and just get you in all the feels, so have tissue ready when reading it. It is dark and has triggers so please read the trigger warnings. I am so excited for the next book, and I will also be looking out for anything else by this author because she did not disappoint. I liked the bit of suspenseful edge it had as well and that even though there are seven men, they all had a personality and didn’t all blur together.All in all, it was a good time and with a cliffy that criminal I can’t wait for book 2.

I’m still reeling from it as I try to gather my thoughts. This book was well written, no grammatical errors to distract from the story. I was pulled in immediately and I’m very frustrated that I have to wait for my girl to get justice! My heart breaks so much for Mina. I hope she gets some happiness quickly in book 2 and gets out of her house. I won’t say too much, because I don’t want to spoil it for anyone, but this girl NEEDS an HEA badly.There is very little spice in book 1. It’s very much innocent flirting which makes sense for Mina’s character. This book pulled at my heart strings. Pay attention to the triggers listed for this book so you aren’t caught off guard by Mina’s circumstances.This is my first book by Shona Knight, recommended in a RH group on FB. I’m so glad to have stumbled across the rec because it did not disappoint! Can’t wait to dive into more from this author while “impatiently” waiting for book 2!

[...]Wow…. First off the cliffhanger in this part of the duet is absolutely cruel. Mina has been a captive in her own home for years. Her father is gone. Her mother and her revolving boyfriends are all abusive.This move is different though because for some reason she is being enrolled in school. She can’t speak and her mother tells everyone she can’t read or write. However, Mina is much smarter than her mother could ever know. She must follow instructions or risk her mother’s wrath. When panic attacks cause her to black out she meets people who care. Now she has to navigate new thoughs, feelings, and opportunities with all her previous knowledge and fears.This book is absolutely amazing. It draws you in and makes you want to know the answers. I love the men and how each one cares. There are still so many questions that I feel like I may know the answers but there are so many others I have no clue about. I read this book in one sitting and need part two immediately because I need to know what happens next. Ugh that ending….

Mina has been abuuṣ̌ed and is mute but also very smart and sweet and beautiful.Mina’s mom ends up sending her to school for the first time which confuses Mina. At school she ends up meeting several men there and all are very protective of her. She likes them all and has never had people like this around her before.So many things go on in this book and also serial unaliver too. Oh my so good. The mystery and all is perfect.The 7 mmcs are all so hot and perfect. Each brings something different and love them all! Max, Jasper, Tucker, Gideon, Ben, Atlas and Dom. You definitely want to read this book.
