El producto llegó muy bien, excelentes condiciones PERO los puntos desfavorables: La resolución de la cámara osea se que el precio lo dice mucho pero incluso el celular más básico de la misma marca, tiene mejor resolución. (las 2 fotos de prueba se observa una mancha verde)Al momento de la configuración, solo te da la opción de configurar área oriente, Emiratos Árabes, Marruecos, etc. Analizar muy bien la compra pues incluso la devolución (se que tiene costo por ser paquete de importación) pero no es guía prepagada y pague la mitad de lo que valió la tablet. (De acuerdo a políticas deberé hacer el reporte para ver si me reembolsan el envío) Pero considera tener el dinero para pagar paquetería, NO VALE LA PENA arriesgarse con este producto.

Lots if reviews of people feeling conned or hard done by because this device did not have England in the set up options! This seller kindly left a note explaining how to work round this issue! And for the price of this device I was pleased to see it works perfectly! This Samsung is of high quality and value for money! If all you want it for is Netflix, youtube, gameplay and all the other basics on it really doesn’t matter what country you set it up as! These devices naturally find where you are and update your timezone itself…please don’t take any notice of the moaning, you will not be disappointed!

Unexpected difference
[...]The 2 stars are fir Amazon and the Seller. This tablet was purchased to replace one. Ir was delivered later than originally told and the mailing packaging was falling apart. The tablet was not made for western regions, only the Middle East. I am able to use most everything but a few gaming apps are not available for me. I had zero indications of the region issue when purchasing until I received it and the packaging showed “United Arab”.

Yep, it’s packaged for Asia, Middle East and Africa- but who gives a dang when all you do is pick English as your language,Fahrenheit instead of Celsius ,as you would be doing anyway, and then pick any country listed ( USA isn’t one of the options). I picked South Africa- doesn’t matter, the tablet automatically calibrates to your local time and then you just enter your local zip code for your weather forecasts.I got one delivered on 9/1/24 and now that I’ve verified all is good, I’m now going to order another so as to set up a two station wall mounted tablet monitor system (one for first floor, one for second floor) for a Reolink POE doorbell camera. Worked out the setup with this one A9, and now ordering the second. Android is the way to go for these doorbell systems.

Sold in the US, but does not work in the US
[...]I spoke with Samsung support after trying to set up this Samsung Galaxy Tab A and they stated that there is no way that this will work in the United States. This should not be sold here in the United States since it will not function here.I am unfortunately going to return this, which is super frustrating because it was a birthday gift for my son.Also, it is worth mentioning that Samsung told me they do not have a store on Amazon and that it was a random seller posing as Samsung. They will not warranty products from this seller.

Great inexpensive Tablet
[...]Bought this to replace a Samsung A7 that I use when traveling and don’t want to lug around a 12″ tablet. The A9 is the same size as the A7, but ismuch faster, holds its charge longer and was very easy to set up. The quirk of being an international version just meant selecting South Africa as the region during setup. Time zone, etc. is set by actual location so all works perfectly.

[...]I ordered a A7 Lite from another retailer on sale (WM) and it just wasn’t doing the job. After watching a few YouTube videos I decided I didn’t want to spend the extra bucks for the A9. Until I found this. Yes it’s Middle East, and after setting it up I can’t tell. NO ISSUES with set up. I picked UAE and that was it. Price was great, this tablet is faster, has more space, NO COMPLAINTS!! Fit and finish is up to par with my S8+, plays all my favorite games no issues, the A7 lite couldn’t. It just basically works very well. Speakers sound better than what the reviews claim. The face recognition works about 75% of the time. But I have a beard and long hair… My MS Surface gets it everytime…. Not a deal breaker. Anyway, So for a few dollars more you get 100% more storage, 25% more ram, and a better CPU and GPU… Win win in my book!! Fast, nice screen, sounds good, nice build quality… HAPPY
