Good product bad power cord.
[...]Good product, but the power cord sparks when plugging in. It doesn’t matter what surge protector you have, 50/50 chance it may or may not spark. This caused some damage to my keyboard in the past where I had to clean my connector ports to get the keyboard to work again. Maybe is should be 3-prongs.

Don’t buy surface ,microsoft is the worst compeny thereever
[...]My surface stopped working after 15 month. (Not normal for laptop/tablet unless its a factory malfanction) . Microsoft were very strict and I had to pay for repairing my surface. They took my surface, repair it , but , didn’t send it back to me, they sold it in there store and sent me another surface.I lost a lot of staff that was on my hard disk.They won’t tell me what was wrong with my surface.They didn’t give me any warranty for the surface they sent me.This is the worst company everAnd it is the last time I buy surface/laptop from tham.

As close to an iPAD Microsoft can get !
[...]I can see why Apple has the best tablet experience. I love my 12-inch Ipad Pro, but the slick gesture experience and apps will only get you so far. It’s also not a real computer (even if you use a keyboard with it or mouse). As much fun and great battery life and good speakers an iPad Pro is, you wish that Apple wouldn’t lock down the functionality of it and utilize it’s quick silicon processor to maybe run something closer to Mac OS on it. If used Windows all my life so it’s nice to switch from a tablet to a full blown PC and install software on it. The battery life is nowhere near what you can get on an iPad but it’s decent for a day of productivity. I’ve only touched the surface (no pun intended LOL) on what this new computer and Windows 11 can do, but it’s pretty incredible something so thing and light and small is real computer!
