Popular and Fun for the family
[...]I saw this game on Amazon and decided to try it as a Christmas present for my son and his wife, who enjoy and collect games. They loved it, and took it one of her family gatherings, where it was a big hit, and resulted in others buying it. Then, the next Christmas I got 2 more games for other relatives, and they loved it. I have bought one for us, and taken it on a trip with a friend, and we played it, and she enjoyed it too. The game is very easy to learn, for all ages, so teaching it to others is a breeze. Its fairly fast paced, so a round doesn’t take long. I highly recommend this card game to anyone who enjoys card games, or wants something new to take to a game night.

We have played countless games with friends and family of all ages. It’s quick to learn and so fun to play.It’s not a speed game. Instead, it’s a nice blend of luck and strategy. [...]We have so much fun playing this game. It’s easy to explain to people and start playing right away. It is my go-to for gift exchange or as a “thank you” gift for someone. It’s also easy to “make your own rules” and play in a way that works best for your group. It’s a family friendly so great to play with pre-teens, teens, adults, etc. Probably wouldn’t go much younger than 12-ish. Everyone will need a surface (like a kitchen/dining room table). We always take it with us when we go camping. Perfect for game night, dinner party, etc.

Quite fun, short learning curve, and good for 2 to 6 players
[...]I’m really loving this game. Even reading the rules cold it took less than 10 minutes to be playing. It’s very simple to learn, but there’s still enough strategy that it feels like a real game rather than just a completely random luck party game. I’d put it around the same skills challenge level as chicken foot dominos or Uno. You can vary the length of the game by choosing the max score, so if you’ve only got ten minutes to play, you can still get a game in. I’ve played one-on-one quite a few times now, as well as with six players, and it’s been equally fun. I’d strongly recommend Skyjo for a fun game night where you don’t want to invest hours in a single game.
