There wasn’t any instructions, but I just apply it to the top of my eyelashes and let it sit for about 20 seconds and they come right off using a napkin. It doesn’t burn or anything.

Does not work – can’t return
This does not work at all! There were two tubes in a sealed package, one was dried and the full one did not do a thing. It did not irritate my eyes, which is a relly good thing, other than that, this was truly a waste of money unfortunately as this is an item that can’t be returned due to policy.
