I tried to return the product since the puff was seems used. It has a discolored puff, not white as new anymore, it is the color of the powder itself. Unfortunately, it was returned back to me after a day of collection the same product that I returned. If there is a rating of NO star, it applies for this.

[...]This is a powder which gives a natural but finished look and is very flattering on my 68 year old skin. I receive compliments when wearing it and my skin is far from perfect but this gives me a smoother and even toned look.I use it with a kabuki brush although it can be applied with a damp sponge (included) for more coverage. I only need concealer on some areas, then this and it looks natural. I do have fine lines but this powder doesn’t emphasize them.Also it is not drying. It has a scent which I don’t notice once it’s applied. It helps if you know your shade. A Lancôme Representative helped me find the right one so that is the one I order. It seems to last me a year or more so it’s worth it for that and the way it looks just right on me.
