Denim double-breasted is a strong suit
[...]Many thanks, fellow denim lover, to you and the seller for the chance to share my experience with Kwoki Women’s Mid Long Denim Coat. I deliberately sized up to accommodate some bulky sweaters, so the requested XL fits my 5’10”, 150 lbs. 34 DD frame as expected for a slightly oversized trench cut, not the oddly trim style photoshopped on the models. The coat unfurls from a translucent slider bag virtually wrinkle free, beating my expectations with sturdy construction, tidy seams, no stray threads and a barely there manufacturing odor.Although it’s a solid midweight offering, here’s a few things to consider before purchase: the coat is unlined, nonfunctional epaulette and cuff buttons are decoratively affixed, and strangely, the pocket interiors are not–at least not on the item I received–might need to change that with a stitch or two to the button placket.

[...]I love this jacket! The denim is heavy duty, and the buttons are just as heavy duty. The double breasted style is very well done. I followed the manufacturer’s size guide and it was perfect.

Not as fitted looking as in the picture, smells weird.
[...]This is a cute coat but the arms are way too long (I’m 5″ 2″) and there is no good way to roll them up because of the decorative tabs on the sleeves. Also, there is practically no waist shaping on the coat, it’s a straight tube. I’m wearing a size L in the photo and I’m a size 16. There are two buttons in the front that are purely decorative but if you wear the coat as you’re supposed to (with the front lapels folded back) you don’t see the buttons at all (see photos). There are no button holes on the lapels so that you can close them if it gets too chilly. The coat smells really weird, but I wash all my new clothing before wearing then anyway, hopefully the smell goes away.

[...]My wife wasn’t sure about this when I ordered it but after seeing it and trying it on she is a fan.It fits her true to size and has a great casual worn in look and feeling.the distressed denim looks very comfy and casual and does provide some warmth although it is not really a cold weather jacket at all.Nice quality too. Should last a while with alot of use.

Fit is not as pictured
[...]Although this coat is well made and the price point is very reasonable, I’m giving it 3 stars because the overall look and fit are nothing like the pictures. The coat is definitely NOT fitted and the sleeves are full length, not slightly short or 3/4 length sleeves. It’s roomy so therefore, the fit is larger than expected. It’s a nice weight of denim, not too thin, not too thick. It’s comfortable overall. I can’t get past the disappointment of the jacekt not being fitted though as I was looking for something a bit dressy. However, the large, baggy look makes the jacket more suited to a walk in the woods. Shop around!
