Il gioco è di comprensione immediata e adatto a tutti: è una sorta di tris applicato alle carte da gioco.Il tabellone riporta le immagini di tutte le carte (ad eccezione dei Jack che hanno funzione di Jolly).I giocatori (divisi in squadre) a turno giocano una carta in loro possesso e occupano con una fiches della propria squadra la medesima carta riportata sul tabellone.Vince la squadra che per prima mette in fila 5 fiches.Il gioco è un party game per tutte le età, senza regole complicate, che si può giocare anche più di 12 persone.Non è un gioco entusiasmante con imprevisti o colpi di scena, quindi dopo alcune partite può stancare e risultare noioso.Segnalo che esistono numerose versioni, vecchie e nuove, con il tabellone grande cerato (come questo in versione Jumbo) e più piccolo in cartone.Purtroppo le carte fornite nel gioco sono di scarsa qualità. Io utilizzo due normali mazzi di carte tradizionali francesi di migliore qualità, utilizzando i Jack come Jolly solo per togliere fiches agli avversari (le carte presenti nel gioco hanno i Jack disegnati diversamente dai mazzi tradizionali, in modo da poter essere usati due per togliere e due per mettere fiches a proprio piacimento).

Das Spiel ist klasse und spielt sich toll mit 4-6 Personen.In dieser Version ist ein Super Spielplan der es relativ unanstrengend macht auch nach mehreren Durchläufen. Man kann die Karten gut erkennen und wir haben ein Senioren-Romme-kartendeck dazu genommen und es macht richtig Spaß. Das heißt aber nur für den Plastespielplan 58,- Euros ist schon verdammt viel Geld. Die beigelegten Karten sind nicht von hoher Qualität.

Recomiendo mucho este juego de mesa. El tamaño JUMBO es muy recomendable tambien porque lo he jugado en su tamaño original y es complicado ver el tablero durante el juego. La calidad del JUMBO es muy buena, solo que siendo de vinil el tapete (tablero), los dobleces al estar guardado en su caja se quedan marcados y no queda totalmente uniforme en la mesa. Quizá la versión JUMBO pero en TUBO, no tenga el mismo problema. Las fichas son de excelente calidad. Las cartas podrían ser un poco más grandes, pues el juego utiliza 2 juegos de cartas y revolverlas se torna difícil sin dañarlas. Las cartas son de cartoncillo con una cubierta tipo plástica, pero sería más duradero si fueran 100% de plástico (más profesionales). Fuera de eso excelente compra y un juego muy entretenido para convivir con la familia o amigos.

It’s a tic tac toe or Connect 4 on steroids !! Because you actually have to connect 5 . It’s so much fun !Could also become very competitive . We only played two players so far and it takes only one round to get the hang of it .. love the big mat !Just have to roll it up instead of folding it to keep the creases out of it . I also like the fact that you get all of the playing cards with the game .. 10 out of 10 for me !

Better for the “older” crowd
[...]We LOVE the game Sequence. And the JUMBO Sequence is better for two reasons. In the JUMBO Sequence edition, the game “board” has a “mat” like surface. I liken it to a vinyl tablecloth (that doesn’t go over the edges of the table).The “regular” size Sequence is the traditional cardboard surface. In the JUMBO Sequence the “card squares” on the board are double the size of the cardboard version. Secondly, the other advantage to the JUMBO version is that the chips are larger, and one side is plain, and the other has white markings ( so, when you get a sequence, you flip them over, so that it is more noticeable to all players). We are in our 50’s, and this saves us eye strain which allows us to play longer and enjoy the game more. Our younger friends and family prefer the JUMBO set more, as well.

Better packaging for the money!
[...]We love the game, but were disappointed that our colored chips were short changed. Additionally, the mat was not a board, but an oil-cloth mat that came folded with creases that had to be set in the sun for a while to get rid of the folds/curves/bumps to lay flat on the table (solved that problem).However, the red chips were obviously had 20 less than the blue and red bags in number. One would think that her big bucks to buy this game, still a great family game, would have been better packed!

EASY to READ
[...]I bought this Jumbo Sequence game to play at a NEW YEARS EVE party. Our group of 8 sat around the dining room table with space enough for all to reach the board and place the chips on the mat. The mat is cushioned plastic and easily wiped clean. It came folded, but I rolled it over a cardboard gift wrap roll to keep it from having fold seams. Fun game. Easy to learn and play.

[...]Great game for any event. We started out with the regular version and love it but unfortunately my parents had a hard time viewing the board. This board here is perfect! It’s durable and even the coins are bigger. I highly recommend it. The only downside was the shipping took longer than expected.

We enjoy partners competition. We keep a running tally just for fun.Careful when choosing which version to buy. There are several different sizes of this game. I love the largest soft matt version. I actually leave it up on my game table under the glass table top to protect it. It looks like a bit of art deco. My first purchase was the small box version… way too small for comfortable play. Second purchase was the Jumbo Tube. That was the perfect size matt. But the tube is too big. Then I saw the box version of the same jumbo size soft matt and bought it for my week ends away. I don’t store it in the box (except for travel). I kept it rolled up in a drawer so it lays flat when playing. If your looking for the largest jumbo matt read the descriptions carefully & see the game description that tells you the exact inches. It’s easy to buy the wrong one. It’s worth the price! Have fun!
