not letting my gmail as a register therefore not letting me go through
[...]I received the tablet yesterday and when I was trying to put in my email, it kept coming back to the starting page where they ask my email again. They would say “put previous email”. And mind you, they asked that the first time I would even put my email in to register for this tablet. I don’t know what to do at this point. I obviously can’t use this tablet without a gmail, let alone letting me use my own gmail for this tablet. Please provide me the guidance to fix this.

[...]I bought this tablet in September 2019 for my 15 yr old son. He has severe autism and to say he’s rough on his tablets is an understatement. I have bought ‘many’ different tablets over the years. They don’t last long. This one is the exception! He’s had it just over a year. It’s been hit repeatedly, thrown, dropped, etc. (I do have a screen protector on it that I have replaced a couple times) A month ago he misplaced it. I thought I’d looked everywhere. It was finally found buried under leaves on our trampoline. The weather this past month hasn’t been the best. Mix of hot and cold days. The past week alone we had received over 5 inches of rain. I didn’t have much hope for it but brought it into the house and let it sit. The following morning I plugged it in to the charger and it immediately started charging and turned on. No issues at all. He’s been playing on it all day. I was very surprised and happy as was my son!
