I had my doubts about this until I tried it on 4 year old plastics on a VW Teramont that’s been surviving the heat and UV from the Middle East. This restored the black plastic bodywork to showroom new. I’m astounded by how well it’s worked. How well it holds up remains to be seen, but I’m planning to do this treatment once every 3-4months. I can highly recommend it for those black plastic parts that have started going grey. Also tried this on the sidewalks of the tires, it’s looking equally good! I’ll follow this up with a 3 month outlook at the next application. Easy 5 stars for now

[...]This IS priced better than some top rated vinyl protectants but … I bought it to rejuvenate my 2 year old WeatherTech car mats in my Corvette. I cleaned them well & dried thoroughly. Applied product per instructions and the mats look great but … they are SLIPPERY. Seems the more I tried to wipe off excess the more slippery they got. Love the look, but slippery not ideal. DON’T USE ON YOUR BRAKE, CLUTCH OR ACCELERATOR PEDALS. You don’t want them slippery!

Perfection in a bottle

Wheels, fenders, rims, hitch, wiper brackets, dashboard, buckles, walls, wheel, gearshift, and even all my leather seats after I used leather moisturizer.Used a regular wash cloth to buff everything out.Pictures show about 20 minutes after sitting in the sun with the rear driver side rim shoes without the gel. Even hours later though the product still looks amazing! Perfect way to have that cherry on top feel after a deep car cleaning.Thank you!!! Love the product. Fast delivery too.

Works great but does not last against the rain
[...]First let me start off by saying I prepped the Surface by cleaning it with soap and water and using isopropyl alcohol then treated the surface with a sponge and the product. It looked great, it conditioned the plastic bumper trim on my car and took away that faded look making it look new and shiny. I allowed it to 24 hours to dry before getting it wet and then it rained two days after application. When the rain stopped some areas of the rear bumper looks like they did prior to application and you could see the faded plastic rain drips and faded streak like patterns downward where the product did not hold up. The inner trim of the doors still looks amazing a week later. I also used it on the interior Dash and the trim on the side mirrors but I used f11 before I use the chemical guys on the side mirrors and it seemed to hold up better than just the Chemical Guys product alone. I’m going to try to use the f11 and then the Chemical Guys on the bumper to see if that works better. I’m giving it the four stars because it was easy to apply, did make the plastic look better, did not affect the paint on the areas of the car that I got it on it was easy to wipe off and in some areas of the car it held up just not the rear bumper against the water and rain. I also applied it to the tires and even through the rain the tires look great. Definitely follow the instructions on wiping off the excess product with a damp microfiber cloth and then with a dry microfiber cloth for a longer lasting effect.
