It’s a Five if the heating element is not aluminum!
[...]Wait! I’m re-reviewing. I want to know if the heating element that touches the water is aluminum. if so that is a huge danger. The company has refused to answer so far. They are saying that is proprietary information.Honestly after reading reviews I was not sure. I don’t know how a product gets one star just because the box was missing something or you overfilled it so it spilled, but this kettle is perfect. Complaints include boiling over…don’t over fill and don’t put tea into the boiling water until you turn it off; pot stained…because you put the full tea diffuser in while boiling; missing part; ask for a new part. All of this is explained These are human errors and don’t deserve 1-2 stars.It’s been so nice to use that I keep it out. Now I do a pour over coffee (to avoid plastic) and it provides the hot water faster than any other method. Going to suggest the one and two star people check themselves before writing nonsense that does not pertain to true performance.

[...]I have the 1L which is perfect for my kitchen. Looks great with that blue light when turned on. Boils water very fast. I’ve never owned an electric pot before but have used them in hotel rooms outside of the USA and wondered why I didn’t own one. The tea infuser is easily removed if you read the directions and look for the imprinted arrow on the lid. Small downside is that it is a bit noisy such that I have to turn up my kitchen radio for three minutes while it is working.

[...]What’s not to love about this pot, nothing? Great little pot, absolutely fast heating pot, takes little space and not an eye sore. Like that you can make a cup of coffee/tea all within a few moments. Discribed well. I would buy again if needed so & would recommend.

Great pot, REMOVE LID TO POUR or it will spill along the edge of the pitcher
[...]MAN THIS THING IS QUICK. Works well, easy to clean, hard to get the tea basket off of it. The other MASSIVE issue, is that DO NOT FILL TO 1L line, it will boil over. Needs to be like 1CM below the 1L line. OTHER THAN THAT, nice and easy to clean, dries quickly and like the basket. Definitely would recommend, but I’m going to try to find a bigger one. One massive thing I forgot to mention, before this gets posted, the “FILTER” near the spout causes this to spill all over the the side of the pitcher. Once I removed the lid and poured, poured just fine.

[...]Glass makes this as pure as you can! Great for tea and instant coffee. Small footprint takes up little counter space. It heats up fast so stay around. It will shut off automatically. My husband would use it at first, but now it’s used daily for his hot tea fix. Great price easy to use with an easy to see water level and bright blue light when it’s on. It’s easy to clean and remember it’s glass, not plastic!
