   Purchased for a family member. The iPad was refurbised and suppose to be in excellent condition (80%+ battery). After leaving it plugged in overnight, the battery was still at 0% in the morning. It would not charge with the charger provided. I then tried using an official Apple charger, left it plugged in for an hour, but the device would still not charge. The product that was received was unusable, so I had to return it. Will spend the extra 100$ and get it brand new from Apple instead.

   Was very skeptical about buying a refurbished product but pleasantly surprised. I own an iPad Air and so already had the charger (the one that came with the order was not the original charger and slower as well), but apart from the charger, everything looked and worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend trying refurbished if you are still hesitant!

   It’s a great iPad
   I bought this iPad for my daughter for Christmas she loves it a lot and never puts it down she uses it for everything coloring chatting with her friends .you can’t even tell it’s a refurbished tablet. It looks brand new and she hasn’t no issues what so ever with it.

   Great savings
   I was really happy to get an iPad for under 200 instead of 1600 dollars. I’m still learning to navigate it but it seems to work fine and I enjoy seeing pictures and text big and bright! It can do all the phone does plus all the computer does.

   Not charging
   I received my product and it’s not charging. When I took it out the bubble mailer the 🪫 light was on it. So I charged it with the charger they sent. I waited a hr and nothing. It’s still showing 🪫. When I opened the box it was in a white bubble mailer. It didn’t come with the original box or anything. So it’s a waiting game to see if they respond back or not. This was an early birthday gift for me. What a waste of money.

   Fast response from vendor! Great customer support and experience! Very impressed!
   The first iPad we received had a bad battery. I contacted the seller and they offered a replacement as soon as the defective iPad was shipped. Within days we had our replacement iPad that works as expected and looks great! Very impressed with the customer service from this company! Highly recommend!!! I will definitely be looking to purchase more from this seller in the future. 5 stars!

    Totally Satisfied.
    The first thing, was the pristine condition of the ipad. I then charged the battery, and observed it for 24 hrs, it had barely lost any charge. Everything works, and my major concern; the battery, continues to provide power, like what I think a new or a relatively new battery should.Excellent value. This was my first major online purchase, and, the ease and security of the process, has eased my fears of online shopping.

    I purchased this renewed from the seller Sole Providers. It came in a plain white box, with a compatible charger, and the screen was taped with plastic like when you buy a new iPad. It didn’t come 80% charged as mentioned in the listing. It came with 0% charge. I had to charge it for quite awhile. It was the correct model, the correct storage capacity. I’ve had it for a couple of weeks now I believe. Works perfectly. I haven’t noticed any issues. Works great with my Apple Pencil. Pleased overall with this purchase.

    I ❤️❤️❤️ this purchase!
    I ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ my new IPad Pro 9.7inches of pure quality. I needed something small for work that was affordable with lots of space. It came quickly and perfectly packaged. I thought there would be some issues only because it was refurbished, but I knew I had to choose an Amazon refurbished product in order to get the best bang for my bucks. Unwrapping it and logging in my apple account was a cinch. Weird thing though it still had the apple store manufacturing warranty available on it and I got to extend it. I am so happy the reviews help me choose from the seller. I am so happy with my IPad that I wanted another one, but it is way out of my budget at this time. To be honest it was worth what I paid for it. It was packaged perfectly and had a new charger cable that charges it quickly. No battery life issues for the time I have had it.
