Wir hatten nach einer stabilen Halterung ohne Plastikteile gesucht und sind bei dieser fündig geworden.Die Halterung wird mit 2 Schrauben an der Wand festgemacht und hält seitdem unser 11 Zoll Tablet ohne Probleme. Wir haben es horizontal eingeklemmt, man kann es aber auch über Eck einspannen und dann mit einem der 2 beiligenden Schlüsseln über einen Verschluß hinten abschließen. Als praktische Kindersicherung oder einfacher Diebstahlschutz lässt es sich somit nicht mehr ohne weiteres entnehmen.Einzig die Inbusschrauben in den Gelenken waren etwas fest angezogen, welche aber mit dem beiliegenden Schlüssel problemlos gelockert werden können. Womit wir an einem weiteren Pluspunkt wären, da nichts vernietet ist oder Spezialwerkzeug benötigt wird.Von der Konstruktion her überzeugt uns die Halterung komplett, wenn auch nicht ganz billig. Optisch gibt es auch nichts auszusetzen, auch wenn es vielleicht schlankere Modelle auf dem Markt gibt.Funktion, Qualität, Material super.

[...]I ordered this to mount my iPad in my kitchen for cooking so I could see my recipes. Mounting it was easy and there is an allen wrench that tightens/loosens the moving parts. I keep the wrench in a drawer right next to the unit so I can make quick adjustments as needed.

[...]I’m not super handy, but I was able to borrow a drill and had this up in mere minutes.It is very sturdy. I mounted it the back of a IKEA PS 2014 Secreatry Desk as I wanted something that would fold out of the way when done. The goal is trying to keep a very small work-from-home imprint in my home. Out of sight out of mind.I bought an external monitor (basically a thicker/bigger ipad) and this mount is perfect. As others have noted, the joints are very stiff. There is a allen wrench that you can use to loosen each joint if you like. Easy peasy.

Great Addition To RV Slide Out Wall On Cross Roads Sunset Trailer!
[...]This has been a great addition to the RV seating area of a Cross Roads Sunset Trailer. It easily and securely mounts to the back of one of the benches in the slide-out that is between the booth and the recliners (sofa). There is ample clearance for the mount to rest against this half wall when not in use. The mount can be pulled out and extended in front of the RV recliner when phone or tablet viewing is needed. If desired it would also mount with ample clearance on the slide-out wall next to the other recliner. The mount is extremely sturdy and well made. As an added bonus I believe you could also rest a tablet size board on this mount to create a platform to hold your beverage and/or snack! Not only has this been a very satisfactory purchase, but it has been a terrific addition to our RV!
