Can I mirror flip the rear camera image?
Yes. Please enter the settings interface, click on the camera module. There is a setting named “rear mirror image”. Please click it.
Can the rear camera image be displayed simultaneously when using CarPlay? How can I set it up?
Please enter the settings interface and click on the General module. There is a setting named “Split screen mode”. Select “Split screen”, both CarPlay and the camera’s image will be displayed. Select “Full screen”, only CarPlay will be displayed.
How does this product get powered? What kind of power input on the camera side?
This mirror dash cam is powered by connecting to the car’s cigarette lighter socket. The power inpute on the camera side is of Type-C.
How can I connect the audio of this product or connect the audio to my car stereo?
You can connect the audio from phone to the device via Bluetooth. To connect the audio of the device to the car stereo, you can use an AUX cable, or set it to the same FM frequency. The instruction manual has detailed introductions.
Why isn’t the rear image displayed after the rear camera is connected?
Please make sure that you have correctly connected the positive and negative poles of the wires. If still failed, please contact the email stated in the instruction manual, they will troubleshoot the cause for you.

Get a different one
[...]At first it was pretty good. But then it started going directly to the reverse camera mode, which you can’t exit from. Would be fine if you want to just use it for rear view all the time but made Android Auto useless. The reverse cable wasn’t connected to anything and I cut it and taped it but it was still stuck. I destroyed it out of frustration because of a slight temper tantrum.The reverse camera at night just showed blobs of light, pretty much useless as a rear view. Find another one.

I split with both rear and apple play so I can see behind and my maps.I lower the camera resolution so when i do look at footage is does not lag. The higher quality is clear but prone to lag.Apple car play works seamlessly, connects right away. The mirror link is fun to use but does lag. I like to use it when I’m eating in my car to watch a show on a bigger screen.Highly recommend if your car does not have car play and you don’t want to spend $$& on getting an internal one installed.

[...]The easiest and cleanest install to add CarPlay to your older vehicle. Adds modern Bluetooth technology to a vehicle with odd dash shapes that cannot have a double din stereo installed. Very clean install with the added benefit of a dash cam and reverse camera. Everything works well with factory Bluetooth of vehicle and the map is easy to look at while driving.
