I bought these straps to hold down my boat battery but they are completely useless. Regardless of how you thread the strap through the buckle it plugs out when you try to tighten the strap. Sending them back.

[...]Good thing I bought 2. I used this to hold the battery box on my trailer. I didn’t pull it very tight at all and the plastic buckle broke. The second one is barely snug. I hope the battery doesn’t slide around.
