Won’t turn on unless it’s over 80% charged. Tried contacting the seller. They said they’d give me return labels and have a new one shipped out if i want. I agreed to it and I never heard from them again. So I’m stuck with a defected ipad for now! Buy new no matter the cost!

Item looks and operates just like a factory new item
[...]This item is absolutely fantastic. You cannot tell that it has ever been used. Why would anyone pay $300 more for this iPad just to have “new” when there isn’t any way that I can tell this refurbished item has ever been touched by anyone. I have been in the IT field for 28 years and for this iPad to be classified as “used” must mean that someone actually touched it at some time because I honestly can’t see the difference between this one and a factory new item. Of course it’s not the “latest” but the cost savings over a new item is so significant that it’s a “no brainer”

Love my ipads… had more than one for years.
[...]This is my second one this size that I have bought. My other one I have loved and unfortunately I cracked the screen on it when I dropped it under my rocker recliner and rocked forward on it.. it STILL works but the screen is cracked. I just wanted another one and this one is a newer version of the same one I bought years ago and damaged. I have SEVERAL ipads and never had any problem with them at all. I have one ipad mini that I’ve had about 10 years and I still use it but some of the apps were updated and no longer work on the old operating system from 12 years ago.. so I keep it anyway and got me the newer, larger one for daily use. This one is FAST… loads up pages and does operations quickly. I use mine daily and keep it with me most of the time. I have found a lot of different used for my ipad and always been delighted with my purchases. The ipads are absolutely my favorite take with me gadget and ranks right up there with my new phone, but didn’t cost as much and it does more! When I ordered this one, I thought I would have to wait for weeks for delivery but it was quick, well packaged and I have been very happy with my purchase. Thank you!
