Damaged in Shipping
[...]This item is hard to review. It is attractive, sturdy but has 2 quality issues created after it was boxed or during shipping. The bottom of the top tier is damaged with the finish over the fiber board broken off around one the screws holding the railing in place. The bottom tier also has one stripped screw hole holding the railing as well.There are three screws holding each railing so it is held firmly in place but can slide up and down in one spot allowing it to look uneven. The 2 pieces of the finish were in the package so I could have glued them back on but since they are under the tier and far enough back to not be visible I chose not to loosen the new screw I was testing in order to fix this issue.I did use new bigger screws to fix both issues. I just used a Sharpie to color them black afterwards to match the other screws. The manufacturer used really short screws originally which could have been part of the issue. The item did come with a screw driver to put the tiers together but I recommend using your own longer screw driver since it will provide more torque and really tighten the screws.I am going to give this item 4 stars because I was able to rescue it with my fixes and find both the design and appearance so attractive. It matches an under the cabinet lazy susan I have already purchased.

Nice Quality, Good Size
[...]I was very pleased with this item from the start. It feels sturdy, and I didn’t run into any of the defective or broken parts that other folks seem to have encountered. I don’t know if the manufacturer has improved their quality-control since those reviews were written or if we just got lucky, but I know I’m in love with this little turntable.It’s small enough to fit under our kitchen cabinets (while still having room on top for storing items) and doesn’t take up too much space on the counter, but still manages to fit almost all of our current assortment of spices. (And now that said spices are easier to see and find, I expect we’ll be able to use-up our duplicates and soon be able to fit it all!) It spins nice and smoothly, moving without wobbling, and it isn’t stiff, but it’s not so loose that it moves at the slightest brush of contact, either. It feels like it’s striking the perfect balance there. It’s also a good weight, where it isn’t going to tip-over even if you don’t take care to even-out what you’re putting atop it.Note that there were no instructions included. Fortunately you don’t need them, as it’s a simple and intuitive assembly (all you have to do it put in two screws on either end to attach the platforms to the pole) and it comes with a little screwdriver so you have everything you need on hand, too. There were even four padded stickers to apply to the bottom to prevent possible scratches or skidding.All in all, I’m delighted. And for only $25, the quality really can’t be beat.

Not the highest quality lazy susan
[...]We really had high hopes for this lazy susan. We are using it to store all of our coffee and coffee making items for Turkish coffee.The manufacturers box was in good condition and it was properly packed. Unfortunately there are multiple things wrong with it. For starters one the metal rails weld spots has two razor sharp spurs sticking out the top of the rail. Another issue is the fact that one of the rails mounting screws is completely stripped and is no longer holding to the wood. Lastly there is a smudge of white glue on the side of the wood.One thing to note that is not seen in any of themanufacturers photos, as you can see in my main photo the top center of the lazy susan has an exposed half inch wide opening revealing a screw head. I am not sure why this was not covered with a cap or something similar.As we said, we really wanted to like this but it just has too many problems. Sadly this could have all been avoided if their quality control guidelines had been followed.

[...]The product arrived damaged. The packaging was not damaged so I assume this left the warehouse damaged. It also had no instructions for assembly. Terrible experience. Tossed it in the trash.
