I don’t have kids yet, but when I do I’ll be giving them this book! (Especially from the stress and anxiety section, which I feel as though I have really personally benefited reading about). This workbook is a true gem for any teen (or parent of a teen) grappling with big emotions and the challenges of self-regulation.What really stands out about this workbook is its accessible, teen-friendly approach. The exercises are designed to keep teens engaged, with activities that go beyond surface-level coping and guide them toward meaningful, healthy ways to manage anger. The CBT-based techniques are practical and easy to follow, making it less intimidating for teens to dive into self-reflection.The workbook doesn’t just focus on anger as a negative force but encourages teens to understand the “why” behind their emotions, transforming what can feel like frustration into a powerful tool for growth. It’s ideal for high-sensitive teens looking for clear, relatable guidance on navigating their feelings with confidence.Lastly, the book’s cover is vibrant, modern, and truly eye-catching—it perfectly sets the tone for the positive and empowering content inside. Highly recommended for any young person ready to develop skills that will benefit them well into adulthood!

So many great activities to complete
[...]I really liked how the author explained different emotions, especially the science behind why we feel angry and that feeling angry is not a bad thing. I was worried that an ebook may not have been a great format to buy for this workbook, but it actually worked well. I’d recommend having a notebook or journal while reading so you can write down goals, thoughts and activities as you go through this workbook. There is a large variety of tools to use and activities to complete.

Excellent Workbook for Teens
[...]I absolutely love this book. There are many amazing exercises to help teens learn how to cope and manage their anger. This workbook breaks things down into easy to understand sections that discuss anger, signs of anger, how it effects us and the people around us. One of my favorite things about this book is that it doesn’t just talk about coping with anger or shows it in a negative manner, but it encourages teens to dive deep to discover triggers and figure out “why” they get angry or feel some other emotions. This is an invaluable book that all parents should have for their teens.
