played a lot of chess with my son and most of our other games are 3-4+ players. highly recommended and a heap of fun. its a bit pricy and the card’s finish is cheap for a $40+ game they aren’t high quality like our other decks. its as thin and cheap as one can go in my experience with cards. the box looks amazing what’s underneath is a let down in finish.2 player game with heaps of replay ability, box is well built….. cards not so much and feel very cheap

This is another fantastic deck-building duelling game! If you’re a fan of Hero Realms and Star Realms, you’ll enjoy this one just as much. While the base game is excellent, expansions might be needed down the line to keep things fresh after 30+ plays. Highly recommended for deck-building enthusiasts! I should admit it is (the English version) a bit expensive though here!

We really enjoy this game! It was quick to learn (very similar in game play to Star Realms which we also love) and the Star Wars fans appreciated the theme.

Deckbuilding + Star Wars = Win
[...]Very Fun.Much more engaging than you might think—granted an appreciation for Star Wars is going to help (but honestly, if you’re into Star Wars, you probably wouldn’t even be looking at this). I would say it plays most similarly to Star Realms, but with some key differences (in a good way).Surprisingly ‘immersive’ and just very fun, despite the lackluster name for the game. The included damage cubes are pretty much required since damage to the bases is persistent (although you could use dice). The resource cubes may not be needed if you’re experienced with deck-building games like Star Realms–however, it’s a good idea to use them as resource accounting can be quite tricky when you have lots of cards coming out and/or triggering in a turn.

Really fun duel game for 2 players
[...]With about 30 plays under our belts, we can say that this us a really fun game to play for 2 people. Set up is really fast and can be played on a small table. My wife, son (16), and I all take turns playing eachother and it’s part skill, part luck when playing. We love deck building games (clank, Harry potter, taverns of tiefenthal are some that we own) so we know how to play them well and this game seems to even the playing field because you might have a strategy that works one game but not the next.

Great game!
[...]Anyone familiar with other deck building card games or collectable card games will have no problem understanding the rules and flow of this game. The age says 14, but my 9yr old comprehends it completely and can play comparatively. The gameplay is faster and more actions in a turn than something like Star Wars: Destiny CCG. Very similar to Hogwarts Battle Deck building game except not cooperative and SW has more event driven actions that you have to keep track of.If you are a Star Wars fan and enjoy deck building games, this will be a hit.

Fun 1v1, can be frustrating due to RNG
[...]Good game. The art is nice, the directions are clear and easy to learn. My only complaint is that some games can feel unbalanced due to random card draw. Sometimes one side will get all of their good cards while the other gets nothing, and it becomes a very unfair game. But it’s quick and easy to set up so you can play 2-3 games back to back in a short time.

Fantastic and Easy to Play
[...]This is a great game. I will say the Rebels win more than the Empire for us. If you like deck building, Star Wars and play two player games its great for your collection. We played dozens of games in our first month and bought the Clone Wars version.

A thematic deckbuilder that really packs a great punch of fun
[...]Two players, Star Wars, smooth deck build mechanics. A winner all around. The art is great, all the places, ships and people you love are in it! If you like Star Wars and deckbuilding, this is a must buy

Great two player deck builder with a twist
[...]If you’re a fan of deck builders, this one is worth a look. It’s a fast moving two player deck builder with the original trilogy theme, and the theme does come through. The hook though is that you attack the other player OR attack/remove cards that they may want to buy. You also get a bonus for removing cards and sometimes that’s a good reason to do it.I’ll also add that the word “attack” should be taken lightly. This isn’t a “take that” type of game where you hurt your opponent’s turn. You’re both chipping away at each other’s bases and potential cards to buy. Sometimes your attack can help them too as they’ll get out a new base with a special power, or perhaps a card flip to something better that they may end up buying.Fun game. Not complicated. Small box. Good twists. A keeper.
