works for what it is until it breaks, mismatched materials for its purpose
[...]So, this product works great for what it is. Its a good size, balances my ipad great when I’m working on it like using my apple pen or typing on the screen keyboard, and the hinge holds it at the same height without fault. However, the plastic that they used for the main support and framing just isn’t enough. It snapped from the pressure of me adjusting it and the pressure exerted by the strong metal stand. I think the part with the adhesive is just too small, or had too few secure parts to avoid the fracture that happened; right down the middle of the bottom part.I’ll probably get a different one for my needs when this one becomes unusable, but I super-glued the two pieces back together for the time being.Works fine if you don’t try to adjust it too often, I guess. Not sure what I did wrong, if anything, to cause it to snap.

[...]Love it. I did notice that when I put my IPad 12.9 pro on it it kept tilting down and back. So I adjusted the height that I wanted it at and then I tightened the screw as tight as it could go now it stays.

[...]I use this stand for my iPad mini and it holds up pretty well. I absolutely love the swivel on it, so great for presentations, and watching movies/videos while in the kitchen. I have had to tighten it to keep my iPad from falling off of it, but other than that this is a great buy.
