For ne, I found with the Ipad they don’t come close to the Samsung tablet…the screen is not as clear as Samsung…and they want control what you download with their apps only…you can bypass their system but a pain in the butt. No offense I own Ipods, a Iphone and love them but they need to change their options on downloading apps.

I turned it on and the battery was at 99%. Easy to set up just like a brand new item. Battery life is amazing. Sound/microphone work great. It’s super fast when downloading or streaming. No complaints at all and the price was great. I’ll never buy new again!

I bought this for my daughter who turned 12 and from day one it cuts on and off on her. She is so disappointed and im so mad I made several attempts to contact the company by email they replayed once and now the phone mailbox is full also (I wonder why). I even took the ipad to the apple store to see if they could do anything and they came up with nothing came back nothing was wrong with it so I have to buy her another one, but looks like it will be a long time before I can get a refund or never seeing one as I cant get no one to answer me back this is a bad buy
