Shopoholic –
I love this!
[...]The cover is very nice and this bundle comes with everything you need. I have been loading it up with books and magazines for vacation. I love the large screen and it is easily adjustable for easy reading. If you want something that is basically just for reading and taking notes this is the gem you need.

Great screen, terrible operating system, middling performance.
[...]I can’t believe Amazon can’t get their premiere reader better than this. I’ll start with the good. The screen is mostly very good, although I suspect mine is having some burn in problems. Still, it is sharp and there is no flicker to make your eyes tired. The night mode uses the black point and it isn’t as good as it should be, but it is serviceable. The hardware seems well made. The bad parts are the OS. What a TERRIBLE design. It is far too difficult to find books, and the delay when doing anything is annoying.Pictures are so-so.Did I mention the delay?I give this 3.5 stars and rounded up, barely.

Fast!
[...]I have a Boox for notetaking & upgraded my Kindle during Prime Days, too. I was surprised at how much faster the Kindle wakes up. It doesn’t have the same functionality as the Boox, but I am pleased with the bigger screen, Kindle access, & ability to take notes.

[...]The battery life is incredible, not needing to charge is a nice departure from the constant tethering to a cable as with an IPad.Scribbling doodles, being detached from the now constant need of looking at a phone, (that sets the mind racing), this is where the power of the Scribe stands mightily away from the hubbub of it all.It is expensive, a splurge. You are worth it.For the same price I could have gotten an iPad mini with the pencil, but I already have two iPads that are constantly out of battery. You can draw or write on the Scribe in bed, no light on. The cover is worth it, it stands the Scribe upright although it took me about ten minutes to figure out the position. Great for morning affirmations and coffee time. I love The Scribe and use it everyday.

I’m a fan.
[...]If you like to read, take notes, doodle? This is for you. It’s large, has many settings, and is the only kindle that you can take notes on. I like that the writing feels authentic, or similar to paper. The battery life is also incredibly long! It’s portable, and has many functions that any book lover would enjoy, with a variety of storage options. I’d recommend it and say this is money well spent. My only complaint is that the nibs do wear down quickly and have to be replaced quicker than I thought. They aren’t expensive, but it’s something to keep in mind.

Scribe is Worth Every Penny!
[...]I justified the expense (which is rather high!) of this because I ended up with a BAD case of COVID and struggled to remember anything. My work and home life were suffering and I needed to write everything down – and papers were getting lost, messy, confusing. I SERIOUSLY LOVE THIS THING!!!!Not only did it save me while I recovered, it has been so wonderful! I absolutely LOVE the variety of notebooks from which to choose. I love that I’m not having paper notes all over the place. I love that it has the night glow or option to reverse that to black background with white writing. I love how easy it is to write, erase (I love this!), move stuff around. I love that I can have folders for work, personal, and for my creative pursuits. I’m writing a children’s book and the storyboard notebook has thrilled me and I love that you can choose between pens/pencils/markers/highlighter. I seriously love the Kindle Scribe!!!I consider myself “technologically challenged”. So that it was so easy to figure out (after I watched some videos (before I even bought it)) was another plus. I also loved that my Kindle account from my old Kindle “magically” appeared in my new Scribe when I first turned it on. :) I love that I can email my notes or creations to myself or someone else. This thing is amazing and I’ve not even used all of the features! The only thing I found to be useless is the “spreadsheet” notebook that’s supposedly a calendar. I write small. People have complained about how small I write. Yet not small enough to make use of any of the calendar/dayplanner notebook templates. That being said, I will agree that the cover leaves a lot to be desired. I do love that it has the pen holder that is more secure than the magnet. I also love that my Scribe automatically turns on when you simply open the cover. I seriously hate that it’s open on the sides so zero protection from dirt or water in travel or in the car or backpack. I don’t find the way it’s supposed to fold to read at an angle very useful, it falls. It secures the Scribe in with nothing more than a magnet and I’ve flipped the Scribe out of it (onto the floor) twice!!!For a bundle review, I have such a collection of USB plugs now and so many options to charge without one that I had no value in that. It was the best deal in Amazon at the time, though, so no regrets.
