Packaging…
[...]This is not about the Max11. This is about the packaging it arrived in. I opened the box to find my Max wrapped in cellophane, strapped to cardboard, (like Dexter). I picked it up only to find that the ends weren’t sealed, allowing the Max to slide out, striking the stove top before I could catch it. I brought it into the living room, sat on the couch and attempted to turn it on. I then remembered one of the other reviews said that theirs arrived dead so I plugged it in and set it down. After awhile, I picked it up and attempted to turn it on. The power button was depressed down flush with no movement. I got a flashlight and looked closely and found deformation in the case below the power button. Apparently, when it slid out of the package, it contacted the stove top right on the power button. I don’t know if I did it but I can’t imagine Amazon sending it out that way so I can’t in good conscience return it. I will not ever buy another refurbished item from Amazon again.

[...]Getting a refurbished product was a great choice. This tablet, in my opinion, is a great product for entertainment purposes mostly. Using it for any productivity might be tricky or less efficient than one would like it to be. Battery is awesome, display size is great and Amazon seems to have made an effort to expand the apps that work well with them.The volume aspect would be the only minor complaint I have about it. However I mostly use it with headphones and the connectivity and sound with my personal set is great.

I’m an avid Amazon shopper so it’s so easy to use and I actually like the adds because it shows me good deals. Alexa is way better than Siri 🤭 and the picture resolution is OUT OF THIS WORLD. I got it not on sale but was still a good price. For under 200 on sale it’s a serious deal. Super fast beautiful thin amazing tablet.

[...]Item has worked wonderfully for me. With my usage the battery lasts up to 2 weeks sometimes. It only shuts off when the battery is empty. There are a few game apps that my previous fires or kindle had that I wish this had but there are so many apps available that you can use this for anything. The size is perfect to turn and type from. It’s fun and easy to use. Overall a great purchase.

An exceptionally good tablet at a great price
[...]I’ve had multiple Chromebooks and with the exception of their fantastic battery life all have been laggy and disappointing, so I thought I’d try a Kindle Fire instead. On Prime Day I bought a refurbished one for a ridiculously low price (they don’t like us putting prices, but it was about won hun dread and four tea doll ears) and I can’t tell the difference between it and a new one. I bought a keyboard case to go with it and it makes it a small laptop; it is a “FunYaung Backlit Keyboard and Case, Protective Slim Cover with 7 Colors Light Detachable Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard” for third tier sicks doll ears and I really like it, but I’m sure there are many good similar options.I’ve been very impressed with its processing speed, touchscreen responsiveness, display resolution, and battery life. So far the only disappointing thing is how limiting the Amazon App Store is with apps, but it is not difficult to add the Google Play Store (having a tech-savvy geek on hand is helpful).I totally recommend getting one if you’re on the fence. If you’re not in a hurry then waiting for an event like Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday etc. is a good idea to save a good chunk of money.

[...]I was a little skeptical about getting a refurbished tablet but the price was on point! 128 gigabytes and looks brand new! The only thing I don’t like about it is that it takes a long time to charge. I might try a different charger and see if it chargers faster. Other than that I do like this one. The screen is bright and it is easy to connect to WiFi. The whole set up process was very easy. You can download TikTok and YouTube, and there’s even a 3 day trial of games that you can play, which of course I got. Performs as it should. I like it and so do my kids. It also has a part in the side that you can put a SD card if you need more space. I’m One happy momma!

Excellent Upgrade from the 10HD
[...]I recently upgraded from the 10 HD Fire Tablet. That was a great tablet. This tablet is twice has good. It really feels like a modern tablet. It is very fast compared to the10 HD. Like way faster. The screen is SO much brighter and better definition. I think the glass maybe of a different quality as well. The size isn’t that much different from the 10 HD but enough of a game changer that movie watching is so much nicer. The fire HD10 was a good tablet. This HD11 feels like it is in the same class as Samsung. I am using the Amazon Pen to write this review. I highly recommend this tablet especially if you use the Amazon ecosystem of products. Worth every penny I spent. Oh, battery life is about 12-14 hours off a full charge Keep in mind that the first time you charge it it will take about 3- 4 hours from a zero battery status. The durability Is good as they give you a metal backing as opposed to the plastic back of the HD 10

[...]The Fire is great for such an inexpensive device with good CPU capabilities. Playing videos is top quality, casting to TV was quick and flawless. I installed Play Store for some extra resources. Some apps (e.g. Holland America Navigator) will not run because of the Android level of the device. The larger screen is bright and excellent resolution. I sometime use with Bluetooth Mouse and Keyboard – Works great! Audio output via Bluetooth or USB C adaptor works great. Long battery life, bright screen, larger crisp display – full integration with Amazon infrastructure and easy ability (some work on your part) to add sideloaded or Play Store apps too.
